About Record Union and our mission  

Since the start in 2008, our mission has been to liberate music. We have been playing an active part in breaking down technical barriers, leading to new opportunities for artists to get their music heard via digital platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and Google Play - without giving up the rights to their music via a record deal.  

By combining our love and understanding for music with technical and data-driven solutions, we are aiming at strengthening the independent music community by making the music industry more democratic, accessible, and transparent for the many, and not just the few.  

About the role 

As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will play a crucial part in our continuous growth and success of Record Union! You will take full ownership for our tech recruitment processes ensuring that it is improved and developed to best support a tech team in high growth. You will work close to our tech managers and the HR team to identify business needs, set hiring priorities and form strategies for how to attract the best talents.

Responsibilities

·       Own the recruitment processes from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience

·       Find and engage passive candidates

·       Create new ways of finding candidates, being creative in the search for the best talent possible

·       Identify staffing needs and support our Tech managers in building their teams

·       Set and follow up KPIs and measure your recruitment activities over time

·       Experiment with new ways to optimize our recruitment processes and internal workflows to ensure our effectiveness and a great candidate experience

·       Organize and attend recruitment fairs and other events to attract candidates in accordance with our employer branding strategy

Your profile 

We believe that you have a few years of experience from working with the whole recruitment cycle and are now ready to take the next step in your career and help us build our future tech organization. You have a passion for the recruitment profession and for delivering top candidate experience.

·      At least 2+ years experience as a self-driven Tech Recruiter, preferably in-house at a fast-paced software/tech company

·       University degree within Human Resources, Behavioral science or similar

·       Excellent skills in sourcing candidates on different platforms

·       Ability to manage multiple recruitments at once and to follow through and meet deadlines.

·       An interest for tech and a passion for building team
